Correct - I believe it's being set up for future seasons - but at the moment it's just standard (jake humphreys twitter feed from a while back confirmed this... I think.)

Hold on let me get this straight? Throughout the entire game (not just Gerrards goal) ITV HD was cutting to breaks?

How many breaks did they cut game time? I thought they would just do pre-match talk + lots of breaks, then half time talk + a break then after-match talk and breaks?

I swear thats how it's always been done? I've never seen a break during a live game?

That has been the only time I know of so far they have cut to an advert during the match. I can only presume someone in control saw the goal (I imagine there's a few seconds lag), and hit a button in his excitement which played an advert.
