Dude! That's great.
Really pleased for you
Nice one. If only we were all as driven as you
Actually most of this is down to being sensible about the diet. I've deliberately not tried to eat "healthy" foods that I don't like and instead focused on portion control and the weekly exercise classes. It's meant being able to stick with this far longer than I've normally beoen able to.

Nice one Lucio!
Usually "Portion control" is the worst enemy - my mum eats "healthy" but eats way too much of it then complains she's still not losing weight. Doesn't help that my dad can eat anything and is still a stick. (He was known as TigsDad "Chips with Everything" when working for BP)
I'm trying to cut down my lunch intake at the moment as I just eat too much. One sammich and a drink is actually all I need to keep me going for a few hours!
My bane is crisps. I simply cannot resist the delicious, savoury crunchiness....
It really is bad for me
Well done mate!

Grab some grip seal bags and split the big packs up into multiple small packs
Well done mate
I went over a BMI of 25 for the first time ever about a month ago- now got a BMI of 25.5. I'm trying to eat a lot but I'm finding it hard to make any further progress though.
Congrats. I know what you mean by lack of sensible sized crisps bag (well, strictly speaking, those 30g packs are pretty sensible, but not cost effective). It's only recently that I realised the calories in a 225g bag of Doritos (1125!) I would eat on a daily basis on top of everything else.
Made it very easy to eat 3500-4000 calories especially given that the rest of my diet were made of take-out and fast food and LOTS of sweet things. A few weeks after I cut both the crisps and sweet stuff (except ice-cream, I still have Häagen-Dazs 4 scoops a go) I could see my abs
I bought a kitchen scale and in the rare instances where I still crave crisps, I only consume 25g a go. Now, a pack of Doritos last for AGES (in airtight container). Went for a health screen on Wednesday and came out feeling fairly good about myself (docs were impressed by my new diet).
Nice1 mate!
I've lost 35lb in the last 23 weeks doing exactly the same... portion control...
just been counting calories and aiming for 1800 a day (its been going down since i started).
I still have a way to go, but im definately getting there

Well done!!
Nice one Lucio! You're doing the exact same I do to maintain my weight at around 10.5 stone . I aim for about 2000 calories a day, but I also walk my dog 2 miles on a morning and about 3 miles on a night. I also go to the gym 3 times a week and do a lot of lifting, so the majority of my diet is made up of protein rich/energy rich foods. Or if I'm not hungry, I'll put 1g of caffeine powder into a drink, that keeps me going (about 0.12g in a Red Bull).
Remember, those who eat breakfast regularly are more likely to be thinner .
Impressive work from you guys! I cycle to work a few times a week (1 hour round trip), and do exercises every evening. I do have a small breakfast, small lunch, and lots of food in the evening (which I know is not ideal), but...I like it, damn it!
Nice one mate, you've done well
I've lost well over 2 stone now. Weighing in on scales at home as 15 stone 11 pounds (although someone that knew me said more like 15 ton !)
It's hard cutting out the foods you like, and for me my biggest weakness was the crisps, and the nuts, not so much the sweet stuff. Now I tend to eat alot of grapes
