Istanbuller - regardless of what you believe, if you are downloading copyright material without the permission of the copyright holder, or through a distribution channel authorised by the copyright holder, it is copyright theft.

Sky better put it back on Sky 1/2/3 like they used to..I know that i've seen every voyager at least 5 times now over the years but..I want more!
I'd be surprised if they didn't re-appear on the major sky channels anyway, might make sky 3 worth watching for the first time in history..

Regrettably, given that Sky are taking out Ch1 and Bravo (which both showed some decent drama) and putting the investment into reality plus gameshows, I'd have said rather the reverse. Especially since they've just inked a new deal with Katie Price.
god damn you sky, i love bravo, and channel 1 is okay for somethings... god i hate sky more and more every day, so glad im giving virgin my money and not sky.

There's a difference between legality and morality, and legality and logic, to an extent.
Downloading TV is most definitely illegal, although I would agree that in certain contexts it isn't necessarily a moral sin.
Using the word theft in relation to copyright is just going to reinforce the quoted posters beliefs on brainwashing.

Sky+, DVD Recorders etc are all allowed to function under timeshifting laws and agreements with the copyright owners.
Illegally downloading TV shows et al is not covered by these provisions, so your comparison is to be frank, retarded and shows a complete lack of understanding of the matter. Not to mention that its wholly off topic.
You know their use is specifically covered by the Copyright, Designs & Patents act 1988, right?
So when will channel one be coming off air?
