Unhappy Anyone had to return anything to play ?

Ill do more testing on them tomrrow, but i think my new headphones are DOA (well, partly DOA, kinda work, kinda dont).
Thing is, these are heavy. I dont want to think how much P&P will be.
Anyone know where they have to be sent to, and if play will pay postage back ?

    Cheers

i have had to return stuff to play (well 1 of those dancing hamsters anyway) they refunded some of the postage but not all but i never mentioned it to them as it was only a small amount

just seen this tho on their site "he maximum postage refunded for any recorded item refunded will be £2.00"

if you give them a call tho on 0845 800 1020 and explain they might refund all of the postage as they are a heavy item

I had to rma something to play once.

A region 1 dvd. The case (and disk) arrived bent like a banana. I look on the website and it says phone for a return number- the bloke on the phone said use the website . The next bloke on the phone said ah ya dont need a number mate, just send it back with a note.

So i send the dvd back with a covering note (letter really) explaining the situation clearly. My postage is refunded and i am sent a replacement... which just happens to be the dvd i sent back

... this then happens again TWICE (same dvd returned each time, case was marked to check) before finally i lose my patience (more than two months this went on for) and lose it with them on the phone. I had a replacemtn dvd sent- the money i payed for the dvd was refunded totally as was all my postage.

I think i got unlucky with a coule of numptys as the people who sorted out my problem were very helpful. Anyway with any luck they should refund postage

Yup, i had to return the same game twice as people had been stealing CD-keys off PlanetSide and then they withdrew the game since every copy had its CD-key stolen :/
