its all to do with physics, you place a straw into a bottle - usually alchopops as they are much smaller than the impressive newcy brown bottle. you bend the straw down so that it is in parallel with the bottle neck, you tip the bottle up into you mouth and swallow rapidly - the best have learnt to open thier throat so that beer goes striaght down. The air to replace the liquid in the bottle goes up the straw. This method can mean downing a bottle in 1.5 to 3 seconds depending on your technique.

i need to mention that you should only use bendy straws (the ones with the ribs) as straight straws will just kink and not allow enough air back up.
Straw specification for best results:
1. Of the bendy type (cocktail straws)
2. As long as your target bottle is deep (to do with maximum airflow)
3. Pink

snakebite is Cider mixed with Lager half and half - mixing bottles is not recommended as they tend to become over fizzed and youll end up with a kitchen / bar volcano.

If you do attempt this, put the lager in to the cider at a slow speed tipping the cider to 45 degrees.

I to you Knox m8.You are a true maniac GOD.!!!! I've just tried this with a broon and nearly killed myself....
I had the ribbed straw,set it up,bottle in my mouth,felt the suction on the straw etc.Got about 1/4 of the beer down when I cockled the beer foamed and I ended up nearly choking with beer up my nose,coming out of my eye's I even dropped the bottle of brown.How the hell can you sink a whole bottle like that.Sank my other 2 bottles the normal way.Wasted too much trying to drown myself.
