    online rights??

    Hi,
What can you do if you order from a site and they take your money but dont send the order? This happened with me and the website www.pc-x-treme.net. Just wondering what I can do.

    Thanks in advance.

If you have exasperated all options in trying to get the site to acknowledge that you have not got it then go to your credit card company and refuse the charge....

If you paid via worldpay then don't refuse the charge, just email them once more and say you are going to, as the charge back fee for WorldPay is astronomical....will kick them into action....as they also get a £10 fine minimum everytime a chargeback occurs.

That site is a total scam as has been posted on these forums a few times in the past, he started off scamming on ebay then moved onto this, i remember sunbeam even had to make a statement to say they had absolutely nothing to do with the site, i just can't believe a few years down the line he's still there scamming from the same website.
