Another friend gone, the great bottle amp designer and leading light in audio circles, Tim De Paravicini. Many's the recording studio uses his amps in cutting lathes, head amps, phono pre amps, power amps, the list goes on. Will be sorely missed by the HiFi community and his many friends all over the world.
RIP TimMe= gutted.

Eileen Pollock has died aged 73 - nothing mentioned about any illnesses or cause. She was best know for her role as Lilo Lil in Bread but did star in numerous movies

It's quite sobering to look through that and realise just how many of them are younger than me. Downright depressing, in fact.

There was quite a few I missed this year but have noticed the older I am getting the stars of my youth have gone and not many left now :/
