Is your intarweb slow?

Hi all

I thought it was just my home connection (1Mb) being slow last night, but i get to work this morning and its crawling along here too, and this is on a 4Mb

The main forum page is taking about 30 seconds to load all the links to subforums, and about 2 minutes to load all the graphics. Google and other sites are the same.

What gives?

me too here at work and its not just hexus - loads of sites are treacle slow at the present time.

Well, for some reason I have a 1.5 second ping to quakenet on IRC, and as I'd usually get 16 milliseconds, I'd say it's a bit slow here.

Odd; seems to be turning to treacle as soon as it hits the States for me (well, according to tracert anyway).

Being a right pain for me too, currently re-downloading msn messenger from msn site (as mine was having probs) and it's going at a whooping 10.7 kb/s
