Blimey, what good results there are here.

Daughter got 4 x A, 2 x B, 3 x C. Gets her onto IB course in Sept, so she's off to the festival to celebrate

iMc, I'm doing AS Maths & Further Maths, Physics and Computing, and A2 Human Biology in the first year.

Nice results Mike - yea languages are hard, I lost my marks on the speaking I'm sure. Still pleased overall though

    RE: A*

All things considered, I didn't do too badly! But the grade I'm most proud of is the German one - I worked really hard to get that, and I think I improved so much in the last few months before the exam. I personally think MFL is very difficult - there is a lot of straight learning to do. On the plus side, the writing is all coursework, so you spend plenty of time doing it, and speaking is okay since you can prepare beforehand.
    Boff

    I got

    GCSEs

    Maths - A*
    Stats - A
    Science - BB
    ICT - BB
    German - B
    English Language - B
    English Lit. - C
    History - C
    Geography - C
    RE - D

    OK i suppose...

I only did five, Maths, Eng + 3 sciences.

    Got 5 B's.

Not bad considering I did them all in one year, and 3 of them on my todd sans tutor.

Well done to everyone, especially those with (silly amounts of) A's .
