update for you all, just got back from dinner and got her the album, and a nice card with 2 pics of labradors on (found out that she likes them). Also she has told me that she is really skint and has no credit on her phone, so i have got her a top up voucher. Not sure if to put this in the card yet though. Think it is a bit cheesy
