Or failing all that, go into boots, purchase one of their plastic skooshy bottles from the bit with all the toiletry bag contents, fill it up with cold water and skoosh a fine mist over yourself every so often. It's so nice!

    water.

    H2O

absolutely paramount....it keeps you cool simple by being available to sweat it out.

Stick your finger in a glass of water, and stick it in your ear...

    seriously....it works a treat.

and run your wrists under a cold tap every hour to reduce blood temp

I don't mean to sound cold, or cruel, or vicious, but I am so that's the way it comes out.

6 Stove tops on, 2 hot serving lights, 2 fryers, 2 grills and a hotplate !

Extractor going full tilt but not making a whole lot of difference to how hot it is !

bah its definitely not acceptable...hot weather is nice..but by hot i mean 25 degrees..much higher is horrrible. I know ppl will bitch about me bitching but i'm sorry, i just hate the heat..

20 degrees is a good temp to aim for, 18 even better.

Famished I was doing that today - every chance i got i was off to the chiller Not that I had much work to do today, we had 1 L-Shape worth of stock to put out on produce lol (the overnight workers put out 6 boards worth ;/ leaving us nowt to do)

I can vouch for that one works a treat...

also get some ice in a plastic bag a press it against your neck. will also cool you down pretty quick due to all the blood that runs up into your head, just don't do it for to long
