England - Argies Unfriendly In A Bit...

What we reckon then? Hand of God, Beckhams red card, Owens goal, beating them at the last world cup... massive rivalry, so one thing it wont be is friendly.

Rooney to get a red card? Anyone to get sent off?

As for the score, I'll go for a narrow England win; 1-0 or 2-1.

I'll offer odds of 15-1 that John Motson moons the Argie bench and shouts something insulting about the Falklands war, live on air. Any takers?

We better win, or my weekend is runined.

Tasty game this. Both of us have had a goal disallowed, Rooney has scored and hit the post, Crespo has scored. Both teams going for it.

    Not even half time yet.

That was the best I have seen england play for a long long time. Now if we can play like that in the world cup, there is no reason we cannot win it.
I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.

Amazing match... still dunno why he plays Crouch tho... he can't header, poor touch, can't turn and nearly took out Owen!!

Always nice to beat the Argies.

Cracking game, although we defended badly, and in the first 20 odd minutes they played lots of fast, slick passing moves, and we didn't seem to be up to speed.

After that though, pretty much end to end, and with Rooney and Owen on form, we are a quality side.

tbh I think he gave Owen a little lift up for the winner. Owen wouldn't have made it without him

It was a great day. I spent the day watching the football, rugby and kept up to date with the cricket whilst in the pub all day. We played fantastically and it was a brilliant match. I do, however have my reservations about Crouch. He would seem to me to be in the same league as Carlton Palmer and Goeff Thomas when in an England shirt.
    Not around too often!
