Have you tried contacting your bank? Can take a while to get thro. Not this long tho, bit suss.

Why on earth would you send out the item before payment had cleared? How nieve can you get.
Hope it gets sorted, but i doubt you'll have a leg to stand on if you try and take legal action.
Is Saturday a working day for a bank? If not, then it would have only been 5 working days?

Ebay has a dispute system in place. It's always worth a try.

The paid document could be records of transfers for his own benefit, or he may use Word to write e-mails, which I've heard can be done but seems pointless so I've never tried myself, and that could be the mail to alexander. (I'm not saying it isn't dodgy, just reasons why it might not be)
One slightly worrying thing is that that screenshot only shows a name for the destination and no account info, so he could've put all his own bank details into a destination form then just given that contact in his list your name, and therefore all money transferred to that contact would actually just go back to him.
He uses Outlook Express and Avant Browser, pure evil.
Exactly my point. Someone makes a mistake, there's no need for comments like yours. How many of the 28 posts you've made today have been spiteful little comments like this?
