bank transfers take on average 3 BUSINESS days, so if he did it on sunday night it should have been with you on wednesday morning - so if its not with you know then def sounds a bit dodgy. I work at a bank (unlucky i know) and its pretty unusual for it to take over a week. It depends what bank he's sent it from and which bank your with - with some banks, when a transfer is sent in funds are placed on hold - fraud/money laundering etc, but as its only £145 this shouldn't really be an issue. Try checking with your bank tomorrow though - he may have screwed up the sort code/acc no. and its in one of their clearing accounts.
as for getting your money back/legal action etc, im not sure what you can do.
Good luck mate

Why on earth would you send out the item before payment had cleared? How nieve can you get.
Hope it gets sorted, but i doubt you'll have a leg to stand on if you try and take legal action.
Is Saturday a working day for a bank? If not, then it would have only been 5 working days?
no only monday - friday are classified as working days

I think you've been ripped off too... and ending the auction early means you can't even give him bad feedback!
Some people REALLY shouldn't use ebay.

^^ please don't quote me. I don't want my comment associated with yours.
He obviously has MSN, don't suppose you've tried adding his email have you?

File dispute. good luck

The paid document could be records of transfers for his own benefit, or he may use Word to write e-mails, which I've heard can be done but seems pointless so I've never tried myself, and that could be the mail to alexander. (I'm not saying it isn't dodgy, just reasons why it might not be)
One slightly worrying thing is that that screenshot only shows a name for the destination and no account info, so he could've put all his own bank details into a destination form then just given that contact in his list your name, and therefore all money transferred to that contact would actually just go back to him.
He uses Outlook Express and Avant Browser, pure evil.
