Ladies of Hexus - Gucci Rush Perfume?

Basically mums birthday is coming up *the bank account shudders in fear of financial depletion *
And so Im now looking for a decent gift, I notice mum likes this gucci rush stuff by the looks of things but she says its expensive stuff , and even the tiny bottles are ridiculous prices.
So, on a typical high street how much am i looking to pay for either a 10ml, 30ml or 50ml bottle respectively?
Is 30ml of the stuff a decent size or kinda too small to be worth purchasing?
Either way, managed to bag a bottle of 30ml new and sealed for £17 delivered off ebay.
    Good deal / Bad Deal?
Have i saved myself some cash and the humilliation of entering a perfumery store, or just humiliation but paid for it in cash?
Advice please ladies (Or lads who may have had the misfortune of going into a perfume shop and asking for this stuff! )

Gucci Rush, bout £30 a regular bottle but more for the 50ml, The missus uses it. Another nice one is Eternity.
    Rhyth is selling:
Tamron 17-50mm F2.8 XR Di ll LD Aspherical (IF) £230 +pp
    Canon 50mm 1.8 II £50 +pp
    Proven good copies.

BTW, note the difference between EDT, EDP and Parfum (cheap and weak to strong and expensive)

EDT requires a good spray (i.e. a lot) whereas Parfum is the stuff you just dab behind your ears, like in the adverts.

Be aware, though, that there is a sizeable market in knock-off perfumes, and eBay is a great opportunity to be conned - caveat emptor!

^^ Indeed - and knock-offs can often be nasty, causing skin rashes, burning etc. in extreme cases. Every so often you hear about market traders getting done for this sort of thing, and I guess it has all moved to fleabay now
