Yeah. I was just regurgitating something a mate said, and as he's a Mechanical Engineer I assumed he spoke the truth <Resolves to think first, post later>. I've had a bit of a rummage on google, and I can only find unreliable evidence, nothing I'd trust, so I re-issue my advice as follows:

Blokes, when working on your Car or Bike, always wash before you use the Loo, or else you'll get your little chap all mucky.

Hmmm, interesting questions, but Yes always wash my hands post toilet use.
Didn't always as a kid but only when parents were not watching and your mate was waiting outside for you
