Very true. It's just a shame that Hexus is on the OCuk swear word list so we can't spread the good word.Hexus is by far the best forum on the net.
Price-wise, customer service-wise, attitude-wise, rma procedure-wise, getting through on the phone-wise, answering emails-wise, high delivery chareges-wise....in any way shape or form, they dont compare to even the worst of the suppliers that I use, and a few of those are Scan, Specialtech. Over-clock.co.uk....this isnt bashing overclockers, they do that to themselves because they are inferior in all of the areas listed above, in my opinion and that makes them the worst retailer in the UK bar none(also in my opinion).

guys - best thing to do, forget about it and move on.....don't try to preach about hexus to other forums - thats the reason its on the swear list, just forget about it and people will find places that suit their needs.

I have had a nightmare with OCUK
1 His X1900XT IceQ faulty RMAd recived a second Faulty card RMAd, got my chash back and went to Scan
I then bought a Linksys router that arrived faulty (wireless drops off after 2 seconds and needs a toatl box reset to bring it back again)
I have given up with them now, never again will I even look at the OCUK web site.
I was banned from OCUK forums for posting about the 'Sales of Goods Act'.
Luckily, I was already a member of the top quality Hexus forums

Just checked on OcUk and i'm still suspended, been looking through at other members who have been suspended or banned and to my surprise long time member and ex MOD Davey_Pitch as been permabanned.
I really don't think that many member know about this place although i did see someone try and sneak it in as "there are other forums such as HS" but i think it got deleted.
