Isn't your contract witht he store only for the 1st year, after then it's with the manufacturer? Or am i wrong?

Either way OcUK always tell you to go to the manufacturer witht the Gainward cards. I think it was because of all the cards that had problems they said it would be quicker, rather than sending the card to them only for OcUk to forward them onto Gainward. Was soemthing like that anyway.
