Yeah! I did pay £290 from overclockers, it maybe was more than a year ago now. It was when they first came out! Lesson learnt or what!

Would the single 512mb GTS card be a better than 2x8800gts 320mb/640mb cards sli'd then even at a higher resolutions?

Personally, if I were in the OP's shoes, I'd opt for a better/newer single card solution.
Nice tip mate, what cpu do you have?

I've got the E6700 2.6GHz clocked to 3.0GHz (I should clock it more since it watercooled but haven't really needed to). If the Q6600 had been around at the time I built my system I'd have gone for that.

PS Congrats on the baby! Make the most of the gaming time now as you'll soon lose a good portion of it
My only concern is should I hide my true identity? A costume maybe?

0iD: Plus weeing in it every now & again does it good
scaryjim: 10" is just a little large to hold comfortably in one hand, which makes it a lot harder to tap, swipe and generally interact with.

You had issues with overclockers too? I've seen them argue with a young child over returning a item before. Your right, there only intrested in taking your money. If anything goes wrong you have to battle with them to get a refund!
