The operating system is a "bonus" feature and is "genuine Windows Vista Premium Edition". What a nice guy - he's clearly just buying Vista and giving it to people for free.

How does one go about reporting copyright infringement to Microsoft? There must be some kind of "whistleblower" procedure.

It's a shame this forum doesn't have an emoticon for righteous indignation - maybe this one would do?

    3DUK GameStation TWO (GS2)

Featuring the Top of the Range 768MB XFX GeForce 8800GTX Extreme Edition Graphics Card
Am I right in thinking a 768Mb card is old technology and no where near "Top of the Range"

    Trade description breach?

indeed, they are recent games but he sneakily doesn't say that is how they will be displayed on that card.

Just noticed - Its a 256MB card. That does make it misleading. Hypermemory or not. I thought it was one of those crappy loads of memory and a rubbish GPU type cards.

Yes - he's a total joker. I just reported him again.

The whole thing is an exercise in trying to mislead as much as possible whilst still have the actual facts available somewhere on the page.
