    XFX 8800GTS 512mb

    Possibly buying this off OID just wanted to know if it would work with my 400W silverpower PSU? if so then i think i will give it the go ahead.

    depends what else you have in your pc
    but off your specs, if all is the same execpt for a 8800gts 512mb for the only graphics card then yes it'll be fine

    PS 8800gts requires only 1 pci-e connector.

    Yeah thats all ive got, powerhouse eh

    all that stuff and a DVD/CD player jobby and i would take the 9500GT and use it as a spare in case things go tits up.

    perfictly fine system, cpu is a bit weak
    Any idea what chipset you're motherboard is?

    it that a JVC LT-19DK8WJ or LT-19DA9BJ you're using?
    I do love the way they fudge the numbers on TV's a resolution of 1440x900 yet it's 1080i

    I think im using the first one but the pictures on websites are rubbish and tiny so i cant see any difference between the two!
