    frankly it aint worth it.

Irrespective of what people believe is required of those extra "pipelines" that damn thing goes like a rocket ship anyway

I kinda regret this thread now. I wanted to re assure the people here that they simply dont need to spend £350 on a card to upgrade from their Rad9600 of their Geforce4200, and I wanted those kinda "normal ish" Game Players to not fret about modding this one. Yes you can try, yes I love to overclock stuff myself, but I wont fiddle with BIOS's cos frankly it is courting distaster with my past experience

AAAANYWAY....what I want people to know is that £200 get s avvery fast card that then overclocks with Power Strip very well indeed and with the exception of IL2 not looking quite as good as on an ATI, the card is a STORMER and will play everything for over a year and STILL be worth keeping for a second rig

    Cheers peeps

Kinda off-topic but what's the best software to use for overclocking your 6800/6800 GT? I've heard RivaTuner and Power Strip mentioned....
