Problem with new TFT screen cant get it to display properly

Just bought the new Hyundai image quwat 19" TFT

this is the first TFT I've had and have stopped using my 17" CRT

dont know whats wrong but everything looks really white and blurry, its supposed to have a 8ms response time.

I tried a game and that was just awful, I dont think I have set it up right, can anyone help me out with settings her ?

Firstly, are you running the TFT at the native screen resolution?
