ATI or Nvidia cheap card w/ TV-out for HTPC

Building a HTPC for my brother and he just needs a cheap PCI-Ex card to put in his Antec Aria and Abit IG-80.

Not sure whether to go ATI/Nvidia or whether there is much of a difference. He just needs it to do dual view so he can watch a movie on the TV and use the desktop on his LCD.

I'd recommend a nvidia card as well as the "purevideo" software as this makes a major difference on my media PC and makes the video better quality due to the hardware on ther 6xxx series is designed to make video quality better and less "jaggy"

Aparently the 6200 has brilliant TV output
