Widescreen monitor selection...Help!

BF2 doesn't support widescreen modes, if you try and force it you lose enough image top and bottom to make it more or less pointless. At the moment I'm just playing it at 1280x1024 in a window, but I'm not sure how much longer I can put up with that... maybe EA will wake-up and smell the coffee with the next patch. In the meantime, I'm drooling over the 1680x1050 FSAA goodness of the Whispering Rock Psychic Summer Camp

That's just poor. I fired up Total Annihilation (published 1996) the other day and even it runs at 1920x1200!

Got mine from Scan...Pete cut me a nice deal....all seems ok at the moment...though the 2nd gtx failed to arrive with the screen.

I must treat myself to HL 2 !
