P5W DH Deluxe - IDE Not Working?

My motherboard, the Asus P5W DH Deluxe, has two IDE ports, the first being Intel, the second a JMicron.

I have been using the Intel port for one of my hard drives, but recently it has stopped working. For some reason, my drive is not detected within the BIOS (or within Windows). I have tried this drive on the JMicron port, and it works fine. I have also tried other IDE drives, and a DVD-RW drive, and neither worked on it.

I'm starting to think this is a motherboard fault, but before I try to RMA, I'd like to get some suggestions from you guys.

If you have been using it fine and not changed anything BIOS or hardware related then it does sound like a failure. Have you tried resetting/clearing the CMOS? Are the drives set as auto detect in the BIOS?

I'll reset the CMOS soon; if it doesn't work, does anyone know how the Asus RMA system works?
