how difficult is this do i have tried in vain, made 3 diffrent attempts for contact them , i have sent the .xls form back with reciept etc..... and not a sausage from them !!!!!!! 2 weeks now , well hacked off

I would try and find a contact number for them and give them a call. Usually gets things moving. Also send them another e-mail telling them details of what you have already sent and how upset and displeased you are with the service you are being given.
