    ...........also if the board designers etc know their stuff they are not likely to set the cooler blasting away at top speed just because of 30c temps.....mine seems to cut in at a certain point and would think it cuts off as well if need be.

    when i am on bios is on like 56c

    plus i checked the core speed and voltage with cpu-z and they both on drug :S voltage jumping from 1.075 to 1.238 then back to 1.075


    core speed - i tryed both enable and disable on ESIT/speedstep i still get like 1600mhz and sometime 2400mhz when on gaming it seems still on 1600mhz wont even move a little lol wonder y :S

    motherboard = intel 775 socket support up to quad core i dont think is the mobo problems

    other way does a operating system matter ? win xp home edition and a media center *my mate got that and his c2d works speedy :S?*
