Hi all,
I have a 1tb hard drive (seagate) that has packed up. It was purchased from scan.co.uk 10 months ago. I was hoping that scan should be able to collect it for free but this doesnt seem to be the case. They have advised that I will have to pay for the return - I just wanted to check whether this was correct as my understanding was that as it is still within a year, they should bear the charge? If I have to pay the postage costs, I will rather send it direct to seagate.
Any thoughts please?
