    Asrock RMA

    Hey guys, I have a bit of a peculiar problem here. My motherboard is now duff and I'm hoping I could get it RMA'd but there are two problems:

    1. I won the motherboard in an online competition so is a product like that even covered under warrantee? I've had the motherboard for a year and a half now.

    2. I had a look at the ASrock website and the email address they give is @asrockamerica. Does ASrock have a UK or Europe based contact address? Hopefully someone who has contacted them before can give some help.

    Anyway I'm going to drop that email address a line now and see what happens. What is even more annoying is I can't find the exchange of emails I had at the time I won this to prove that I did indeed win it...

    OK managed to find the email for the original guy at ASRock from one and a half years ago and he replied! He sent me an RMA number and I'm good to go! I'm so happy about the speed at which they contacted me back, and I can't believe he still works for ASRock and his email still works! Anyway I'm gonna send this to an address in the Netherlands and hopefully it'll get fixed soon. Love ASRock's customer support right now

    Wow just looked at the time he sent that email back, it was 15:46 and I sent it at 16:30

    OK so he's in the netherlands, after doing the necessary time conversions, means he replied in 15 mins! That's the quickest response I've ever got for, well... anything! ASRock owns ASUS at customer service

    P.S. I hope people get that owns joke... You know, cos Asus owns ASRock... Yeah no yeah no? <shoots self in head>
