Another what on which drive thread (new SSD)

I've got a couple of old 320gb and 250gb drives and an intel 80gb SSD -

was thinking:

• Windows 7 and most commonly used program files on SSD

• other program files on 250gb drive

• Photos, Documents, Downloads etc on 320gb drive

any thoughts?

Not used windows 7 - how easy is it to put "my documents" folder on the non-os disk?
