How Do You Remove This Type Of Heatsink?

Hey guys and gals i have an eMachines t2240 computer system and want to remove this heatsink to change the processor, but i have no idea how to remove this heatsink, ive yet to come across one of this type, the processor is a socket 478

The removal process starts at the half way point. I know the heatsink looks different to yours but the process is the same.

Thanks for the quick reply, but my heat sink has a different type of "arm" or "clamp" layout are there any videos showing my heatsink being removed?

I have found out the name of this heat sink is "AVC Socket 478 Heat Sink"

Either press down on the tab or the bar then tilt the tab back while pressing.

Tilt the tab back? by this you mean press down on the tabs then ?

Press them down and at the same time tilt the tab towards the heatsink and it will unclip from the plastic bracket.
