Change Gmail Attachment Button opening folder location

This is for IE8 but can always use a different browser if its easier to configure.

When you click attach on Gmail on my laptop it goes to Libraries->Documents by default (on IE8) is there anyway of changing this location? I've been doing some searching and it seems like you can regedit the default download location but this seems to be different to the opening location?

Sorry if this is a stupid question,
    Cheers,

I've searched for an answer as best I can. Found nothing. Searching for "firefox default upload" was the closest I could get to finding an answer (and obviously that wasn't even for IE).

However, if you switch to Firefox, Chrome, etc. (or presumably, IE9), gmail supports drag and drop file attachments, which may be a suitable solution.
