    Task Manager

    How comes when I try to launch Task manager after pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL the box is shaded out, I have tweakXP installed but when I try and run it from there is won't let me giving me the error message that "task manager has been disabled by your admin..." Thing is, I am logged in as admin?
