Quite good fun although takes a while and isn't as much complicated as fiddly. I'd try routing the cables behind things and tidying away the unused ones. Cheap cables ties and sellotape also work wonders!
If you have the spare time and patience I would say it's worth it. The Vantec "kits" are quite good (enough sleeving for a Tagan PSU at least!). The only other thing that I would suggest if you are going that route is to also buy some heat-shrink that's a similar colour to the sleeving, that way the ends of the sleeving don't look untidy.
Failing that, you can always twist the cables in a "rope" sort of way and then cable tie them - not so pretty but it works.
The vantec kits come with heatshrink the same colour as the sleeving.
Ah you're right, I couldn't remember well because I had to order more since I ran out of the small stuff.
I concur with SourceQuench, as I got a "red" Vantec kit to cable my entire Tagan PSU a year ago so it matched my bright orange case. Will take you the best part of an evening but be warned about using a lighter on the heat-shrink as the stuff does catch light or melt if you aren't careful
If your PSU doesn't have quick-release molex connectors, then Vantec also do a colour matching set of those with a molex removal tool as well so would also recommend that.
it does take time but its def worth doing - my case was awash with stray cables and i tidied mine up quite nicely. I cheated on my new PC tho - i bought a hiper modular PSU where the cables come already looking nice and tidy, plus can remove the cables you dont need.
Hardware:Contrary to the odd name and translucent-grey color, Pocari Sweat does not taste like sweat

hehe GingerNinja - I found out about the 'shrink burning the hard way
A hairdryer works wonders if you've got the time to spare.
If you have other connectors to do (such as SATA/12V AUX etc.) you can get some from Fleetwood Computers in a range of colours.
Before you buy the sleeving kit, I would try a general route/hiding of the cables first, hide them behind the motherboard tray, down the back of the optical drives etc. The vantec kits are alright, never enough heat shrink
A quick shot of mine, note the pci card eww, my rig is screaming for a card, I just sold my gto2, as the new cards are out at the end of the month, have been after a interim card all week, but the crazy prices ppl are paying for 2nd hand 6600gt's are insane.
