    Serious problem with XP-90ST

I got a second hand XP-90ST which didn't come with the K8 bracelet at first, and the seller trying to ship me the bracelet later, BUT apparently royalmail had lost my one and only one bracelet. I couldn't google where to buy one, so now I'm risking this:

I simply removed the lotes bracelet and mounted the heatsink, and tighten the screw from the braceket.

I'm wondering if it is safe to do? And what can I do to improve it?

    Thanks,
    Arthur

Update1: Used some cable ties to make sure (I hope) th screw doesn't move away from the heatsink. Also added a bolt at the bottom of the screw to fix it to the base (again only hoping). Currently leaving it in the case vertically and see if it drops. When the screw slipped off once (before my "improvements"), the Arctic Ceramique actually kept the heatsink in place but I don't think it will be so adhesive when its at like 45'C
