problems with 4x512 Corsair XMS3200C2PRO

i just bought another 2x512 sticks of XMs3200C2pro and put it in my mobo Abit At8. When i go to bios then change to dual channel and restart the monitor wont come on and the ram stops working.... Any ideas?

have you set it in the bios to use 2t command rate?

Yes i have its default at 2T, i have to reset the CMOS everytime i try put in dual channel so everything is at stock

UPDATE: Totally confused now, non of the sticks show any sign of activity now, i turn the pc on everything starts going( i get no lights from the ram) then the pc shuts off.
