Game controller driver

Hi guys,
I bought a venom joypad off amazon a week ago, installed the driver and it seemed to be working fine. However, I just had a BSOD (which is a first on XP) which I think might be because of the joypad. In device manager, it is identified as a "HID complaint game controller" so I would imagine its using XP's default drivers. I've got DirectX 9c so I wouldnt imagine that would be the problem.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the driver working?

did you save the dump?

i'm assuming its a USB joypad?

nope all I remember was something to do with input. How do you save dumps?
