Thumbs up Re: Features - Win one of four mid-range Sapphire Radeon HD graphics cards

I have always wanted to try a 'hybrid' AMD/Nvidia setup, as I heard it was possible to have an AMD Gpu and still use an Nvidia card as Physx addon (with the right combo of drivers/bodges)

Having said that, my current GTX260 is rather hot and bothered - I have left the side of my case (the one that has no fan on it) off, with a 20" floor mounted fan pointed at it

Or maybe get rid of it altogether after the 'experiment' and get another AMD of same spec; the motherboard only supports Crossfire, not SLI. Or, or, or hmm umm, have the Crossfire AND Nvidia Physx combo (if I could manage to do it without screwing the whole PC up lol)...

Anyhow, I'd be interested in benching the various permutations, especially with Phsyx games like Mirror's Edge and Batman: Arkham Asylum, running on modest, fairly old hardware (Core2 Quad)...

I think these would be a perfect match for me as I am currently using the Sapphire HD7770 vapor-x in my system. It is a great mid range card that can play every game at decent settings. Its quiet and very very cool. I would love to be able to Xfire the HD7770 vapor-x. I have the space and the power to be able to support Xfire these cards. Sapphire has truly made one of the best, silent running, out of the box overclocked cards in the market. I love my hd7770 vapor-x and would love to give it a partner to hang out with.

For less than £100 these are the cards for PSU restricted users - the 7750 currently being the best card available that is able to run off the 75W limit of the PCI-E bus directly so no additional PSU plugs - excellent! These would be ideal for my computer - used for medium level gaming, but also film-watching and "serious stuff"!

The 7770, while needing a bit of extra juice with a TDP of 80W, but with awsome preformance to match, would also sit nicely!

    Cheers all!

One of these cards would be perfect for me as I only have on-board graphics. It would make a big difference as I would be able to play decent games and it would take some of the strain off the cpu and free up a little ram at the same time.

Re: Features - Win one of four mid-range Sapphire Radeon HD graphics cards

Thanks a lot Hexus and Sapphire for this another chance of bagging some nice prizes. Currently, I am only running an old PC with a Sapphire HD 4650 (Seriously, that's all that I've got, it's not even 4670, it's a freakin' low profile 4650, LOL). And since my PSU failed last last month, one by one, my other hardware began to screw up, too. So right now, I'm in the long process of getting myself some new hardware to build a new rig, and being on a tight budget (Right now, I only got this new pair of RAM sticks, seriously), winning this competition would be awesome! While I'm taking time completing my next build, any of those four Sapphire cards would be a great replacement in my current rig, just in time when I can get myself a copy of MOHWF and COD BO2.

Thanks for this chance! I think I would give one of these cards a great home. I have two cats and could use cards like this to view all the pictures I have of them in the best quality ever! Hah! That and with what I am currently running I am unable to play some of the latest games like Skyrim and would really love the chance! Let me win and I will put in a review for them and send pictures of my cute kitties cuddling with the box when they arrive!

These cards would be awesome because I am currently helping (ha-ha mostly funding) my husband to build himself a new computer. His died a long, slow, and painful death. Since he and I are both gamers, one computer isn't sufficient in the least!

I suppose any of these would be better than my Sapphire X1650 Pro card so yes I would love one of these please and thanks for the chance.

Re: Features - Win one of four mid-range Sapphire Radeon HD graphics cards

The GPU in my HTPC recently gave up the run and given that its XFX, i cant see the attempt at warrenty replacement being worth it. I have always wanted to put something with a bit more juice in there anyway so the passive card would be ideal for my purposes.

The other reason i think i should be given one is after 5 or so years of entering competitions, i have never won anything so quite frankly... its my turn
