However it is a tiny bit misleading to suggest Stardock without mentioning that it does cost extra and doesn't actually exist yet (Feb 2008 for all Vista versions).

The article does state that "DeskScapes 2.0 is scheduled for release in February 2008, a free version will be available as well as an enhanced version for $19.95"
