As you may or may not know , I'm on a bit of a health kick at the moment. Trying to shift quite a few stone and get fit for this paintball lark.
I'm more or less happy with my diet at the moment ( essentially low ish calorie stuff ) , but my trainer at the gym has advised me to cut down on carbs in the evening , which is when I tend to have my main-ish meal. Trying to eat early as well , so that I've got plenty of time to metabolise stuff.
So I'm a little stuck for what to cook in the evening , and to keep it relatively interesting.I'm not too bad a cook, so I dont mind adventurous stuff rather than salad every night
I'm not trying to cut out carbs completely - will make sure I have something with bread / rice / pasta at lunchtimes ( just a nice small portion though )
