HEXUS' Pancake Day competition!

The flurry of activity, and large amounts of drooling, in the Pancake Day thread has forced me into running some sort of competition.

Here's how it is going to work:

1. You make the best pancakes you can possible make, served with your favourite toppings
2. You take a picture of your best pancakes, making sure to include some sort of evidence that they are indeed yours. A piece of paper with your name on it in the photograph would suffice
3. You upload the picture and post it in this thread
4. Pictures must be posted before 9am tomorrow (Wednesday 6th February)

Once we've got enough images, I'll hand pick the 10 most tasty-looking and arrange them for a poll that'll take place for the rest of the week, allowing everyone to vote. As I won't be able to taste them all, I'll pick the best looking options so remember, presentation is key!

The poll winner won't win a prize I'm afraid but will go away in the knowledge that he/she is HEXUS' premiere pancake maker!

That's all there is to it. Please stick to the Pancake Day thread for all pancake related drooling, leave this thread for your pancake pictures. Looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with, I'll be posting my own later this evening.
