I've got an electric pepper mill with light.
I've used it once for seasoning a chook... and it's quite convenient for getting the pepper into awkward places (*might convert it to a salt mill, as I'd use that more often!)

    Yeahhh right.
Why would anyone never finish a bottle? Nothing shows class more than drinking out of a wine bottle flopped out in front of MTV

Can't say that they have done me anyharm, well almost cooked my lower arm once, but that was more down to lazyness on my part.

I tend to make stuff like curries chillis and the like in batches and reheat the stuff later in the nuke o matic, makes life a lot easier.

In case you ever wanted to mill some fresh pepper during a power cut, sounds very practical alright

All it seems to do is overcook rice into chunks. Odd stuff indeed.
I have a microwave rice steamer and it is brilliant! Have you tried reading the instructions? My daughter was getting chunks of overcooked rice until I told her how to use it........ she gets perfect light and fluffy rice now.......... just like me

My wife bought an electric pie maker once.
Totally useless. The shape of the pies it made was such that you had enormous quantities of pastry surrounding a couple of tiny bits of pie filling.
It got used once, left in the cupboard for about 10 years then freecycled
