McDonalds Salads

i was well pleased, i walked in and got a 99p double cheeseburger on saturday

to come out with 6 free hamburger tokens, which i have been redeeming all this week 7 burgers for the price of one...



apprently the salads are so nice....because there caked in it....more fat than the burgers , is that possible?

I don't see how it can be possible tbh if you are having the normal ceaser salad (ranch has bacon bits) unless you put on tonnes and tonnes of dressing.

well its true, i read the facts on the back

i think its the dressing, which is big blobs of mayonaise, which is pretty much 90% oil and 10% raw egg, so..

Im sure that it is the customers own choice to put the dressing on or not since it isn't put on when it leaves the kitchen.

Big mac uses big mac sauce which is different I really should stop knowing so much...

indeed, dya know where maccies get their chips from ? cos there nice and i could use a big pack for my mom to cook as it would be cheaper goin into maccies every day

The fries come in a 6x 1.5kg pack. They are evil to lug around and are made actually only for Maccies. Will have a look though. Getting a bit off topic now....

The Health Choice Salads from McD's have more fat in them than a Big Mac Meal.

You guys need to watch that film "Super Size Me."

The fat content of a salad in the USA that supersize me showed is different to the fat content in the UK, the UK's are actually slightly healthier to be honest.

geez ! thats in a big mac meal (i take thats fries as well, which are cooked in fat, fries being more fattening than chips too )
