I realise you are a veggie, so this advice is not for you, but personally I hardly ever eat chicken. Turkey all the way!! Tesco's do diced or stir-fry portions of 400g for only £2 each. That makes a meal for me and the other half (she prolly gets around 150g, I get the other 250g), and we love curry...
