    Its all about the 87p Sainsburies Basics ready meals. They don't to beef lasagne, or lamb lasagne... its meat lasagne! but they do taster alright.

    why bother with ready meals?

    cook once, double quantity in a large pan then freeze single portions into freezer bags to last you an age! sorted!

    I like the Patak's curry range. Very tasty indeed compared to most frozen curries.
