having to reconnect

Hi, i have a wired connection to my router on my pc, my brother connects wireless and its fine, but my mum connects wireless and i have to keep manualy connecting to my router and pressing the pairing button before she can connect. it does this everytime, and when it does connect it keeps disconnecting.
any ideas?
