Sky Broadband - Any good?

Neighbour has Sky BB. Says up to 8meg and he never gets more than 2.5meg. We are about 3 miles from the exchange.

Unfortunately your post answers itself. That far from the exchange you're lucky to even get 2.5 megs to be honest Roll on fibre to the home!

Sky might aswell put up the 56k advertisements with the quality of its services...
