Tried again the other night and spent 2 hrs running all the Anti spyware scans and that TCPIP reset tool but no joy. In the end the system restore got the internet working again but then ran a scan again and the PC was full of Spyware.

Got rid of most of them but some would not delete and pop up kept coming up every 3 min.

Have advised to wipe the Pc as so much infection and cannot fully repair internet.
