    Re: O2 Price rise

Been having loads of problems with the business side of 02 in the last year or so. They sacked a load of their in-house account managers and outsourced the contract. Support is negligible at best. Ill be moving my residential and business products away from them once my contracts are up.

    Re: O2 Price rise

We're just about to move so we'll need a new line and broadband installed.

Does it look like O2 aren't the ones to go with?
I use Bethere at work and they're awesome! But the cost isn't cheap.

    Broadband + Phone
    O2 - £20 (6 months free broadband, so £7.50 for 6 months)
Bethere - £32 per month + 85 quid connection fee!!!!! BT only charge £30!

Is there any difference between the Bethere Value and Unlimited if the speeds i can get are only 6mb?

    Re: O2 Price rise

The difference used to be only max speed and static IP

but looks like Value and Unlimited are identical except 12Mbps vs 24Mbps max sync speed, and Unlimited is available on short period contracts (extra cost)

    Go for value.

    Re: O2 Price rise

Actually if you ask you can get a static IP on Unlimited but not on Value. Pro gives you Annex M, and you can buy 4 static IPs. As I cannot use Annex M, I have Unlimited with a static IP.
