Strange internet problems?

Woke up this morning and my internet wasn't working at all, this had happened before so I restarted my modem expecting it to work. It didn't. I tried messing about with my DNS servers but have only managed to gain access to Hexus, google and my isp website. Msn doesn't work and hotmail.com doesn't. Have any of you guys got any idea what is causing this? My sisters rig on the same network has the same problems.

Scrap that, It seems to be working now. I'l send a nasty email to the isp asking what happened, thanks anyway
